RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Since many RAMNIV pieces are sourced or made in very small batches, availability can be limited. 

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.  

• Please check our Size Guide before ordering. As our pieces are often sourced or made in small batches, the same product may not be available in another size. We do not offer size exchanges.  

• If the same product is unavailable due to a sizing issue, we may offer store credit or an exchange for a similar product, subject to availability.  

• If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Instagram or email.  

• An unedited, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect or incorrect-product claim.  

• Once the issue is verified and approved, we will provide the applicable refund, exchange or store credit. Any approved return must be shipped safely back to us within 7 days of delivery.  

• Sale products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
